KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) regarding personal data submitted through akyolendustri.com.

• Carrying out product and service communications,
• Securing the form and preventing misuse,
• Meeting legal obligations and protecting rights.

Data are processed on legal grounds related to establishing or performing a contract, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and legitimate interest provided fundamental rights are not harmed. Where explicit consent is required, consent is obtained separately.

4. Transfer and retention

Your data may be shared, to the limited extent necessary, with authorized staff, hosting/email providers and legally authorized bodies. Data are not sold for commercial purposes unless required by law. Retention is generally up to 2 years after the request is closed; longer if a legal obligation or dispute requires it. Afterwards data are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

6. Your rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data are processed, request information, learn whether processing is for its purpose, know recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to results of automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.
